About the RCN Community

Is RCN really free?
Yes. RCN operates on a 0% revenue share model. We're paid directly by TikTok as an official agency partner - not by you. You keep 100% of what you earn.
Who is eligible to join RCN?
To join, creators generally need to be based in the US, have under 1M followers, earn less than 500K diamonds per month, and not currently be signed with another agency. If you're not sure whether you qualify, apply anyway and we'll let you know.
What do I actually get when I join?
Every RCN creator gets 1-on-1 coaching, access to the data and analytics dashboard, stream structure training, monetization strategy, RCN LIVE certification, and full access to the creator Discord community - all included, all free.
How does coaching work?
You're paired with a dedicated strategist who reviews your streams, analyzes your data, and builds a custom growth plan for your niche and goals. Sessions are ongoing for as long as you're an active RCN creator.
Do I need a big following to join?
No. We work with creators at every stage. Our coaching and training are built to meet you where you are and grow from there.
